Check in between 4:00 and 7:00 pm (other times by request). Cancellations made within 10 days of date reserved may be charged for the first night if the cottage cannot be rebooked. A $20 fee may be charged for any cancellation and is at the innkeeper's discretion. A two-night minimum stay is required.
For guest comfort, pets and smoking are prohibited inside the cottage. Smoking is only allowed on the outside patio.

often as you like. No regular maid service or meals.
