The Macon-Bibb County Convention & Visitors Bureau (MBCCVB) has unveiled its new destination and community brand, “Where Soul Lives.” Over the coming months, it will be working with local partners to integrate the new brand throughout the community.
Monica Smith, president and CEO of the MBCCVB, said, “As we unveil this new brand, we feel that we’ve created something more than a new logo. For the visitors, it’s about the music, festivals, food and fun. But for the rest of us, Macon is home. It’s beautiful, friendly, exciting, full of history and alive with energy – and it’s that combination that has created this beautiful thing we call soul.”
