Macon, Georgia- The 33rd Georgia Junior Beta convention will be held on November 19 – 20, 2015 at the Macon Centreplex and Marriott City Center Hotel. It will feature the theme “Let the Beta Times Roll”.

This convention brings together approximately 6000 Jr. Beta members, sponsors and chaperons throughout the state of Georgia for two days of academic competitions, general sessions, talent, SongFest, arts & crafts contests, leadership opportunities, and motivational speeches.

The Georgia Junior Beta Club is the largest chapter in the nation with membership at roughly 29,679. Its mission is to promote the ideals of academic achievement, character, service and leadership. The first Georgia Junior Beta convention took place at the Macon City Auditorium in 1983. In 1991, the convention moved to the Macon Centreplex and has remained at this location since that time.
