Macon, Georgia- Approximately 1,500 members will travel across the state to Macon for the Georgia Baptist Convention 193rd Annual Meeting, which will be held November 10-11 at Ingleside Baptist Church. This year's theme is "Revive 2014".
An Inspirational Rally is scheduled to precede the meeting on Sunday, November 9th at 6 p.m. This year's meeting will consist of special music guests Keith and Kristyn Getty, a special renewable coffee shop talk with Claude King and Bill Elliff, and much more.

Georgia Baptists Ministries range from disaster relief, soup kitchens, pregnancy resource centers, medical, dental and vision clinics state wide. In 2008, when the Mothers' Day Tornado struck Macon, Georgia Baptist Associations served 3,000 hot meals and assisted with clean up. Over the years the Georgia Baptist Convention has served those in Bibb County through feeding individuals in need and providing funds to reduce healthcare costs for those who are underinsured or uninsured. A total amount of $892,500 has been invested in the Mid-State area, which has assisted groups to help clients with a variety of life-threatening medical concerns.
