MACON, GEORGIA-THE MISS MACON Organization officials announced a fundraiser to benefit the scholarship fund with 2015 Miss Georgia, Adeline Kenerly, Miss Macon 2016, Destiny Levant, Miss Macon’s Outstanding Teen 2016, Annie Swan, and at least 10 other dignitaries that will be held on April 17, 2016 at The Hay House from 2:00 P.M. until 4:00 P.M.

The Miss Macon Organization is proud to invite little girls ages 5-12 to attend a princess Tea Party with Miss Georgia and at least 10 other representatives from all over the state.

The Executive Director APRIL MONTGOMERY said She is excited to hold this event again. She is thrilled with the overwhelming response already. “We are working to make this a fun-filled and memorable day for the little girls.” Montgomery said. “We hope to have a large participation. We will be discussing the importance of community service and having good manners. The little girls with participate in a tea party and question and answer sessions with the dignitaries. They will be presented princess tiaras, sashes, and favors.”

 All proceeds will benefit the Miss Macon Scholarship fund. Established in 1921, The Miss Macon Scholarship Organization provides opportunities for young women to achieve their personal and professional ambitions. It is a not-for-profit affiliate and preliminary of the Miss America Organization which is one of the nation’s leading achievement programs and the world’s largest provider of scholarship assistance for young women. Each year, the Miss America Organization makes available more than $40 million in cash and tuition scholarship assistance. Based in Linwood, New Jersey, the Miss America Organization provides young women with a vehicle to further their personal and professional goals and instills a spirit of community service through a variety of unique nationwide community-based programs.
