The Ocmulgee Mounds National Historical Park is hosting its 25th Annual Indian Celebration this weekend, September 17 and 18. This major event will showcase over 300 Native People, artists, dancers, storytellers, musicians, and historic lifestyle demonstrators from all Southeastern Native cultures.

There will be an Alaskan group sharing their history and culture for the first time this year. A new native stickball demonstration will also take place. Available for sale during the celebration will be an authentic spread of Indian Tacos, fry bread, buffalo burgers, roasted corn, hot dogs, drinks, and ice cream.
