Class begins sitting. We start with a breathing exercise, then the neck, the arms and leg stretches. We have a few light weight exercises for the arms. There are some ballet leg , slow stretches while holding onto the chair. We spend some time with slow, standing balance exercises. Then, we end with more stretching of arms and legs, and deep breathing. It usually is about a half hour class.
