Two United States records are held by Ocmulgee National Monument! 1) The 1930s archaeological dig is the largest in Untied States history. 2) A partial structure they uncovered, the Earth Lodge, was rebuilt to showcase the 1,000 year old floor. It is the oldest reconstructed building in the United States! Want to know more? Come join us on Nov. 11th and 19th at 2:00 pm. The program will be held outside and will last an hour.
