Let’s make some music and party Macon! It’s Free! Make Music Day Worldwide Celebration on June 21 of music making in the street, at a park, in your car, at a bar. Just put on your boogie shoes cause the world is a stage, and SHAKE IT UP!
Macon will kick-off with a Peachy, Beachy Downtown Boogie (12N – 3:00p), Drum Rolls and Music Making Boogie at the Tubman (4:00p – 5:00p); and the closing ‘Open Mic’ Boogie at the Douglass Theatre (6:30p – 8:00p). And it is Open to the Public and all events are FREE!
Just put on your boogie shoes cause the world is a stage, and Shake It Up!
In addition, you can Win an impressive Silvertone Guitar by participating in Make Music Day $5 Raffle. The winner gets a BONUS Prize – A MAKE MUSIC CAP.
The drawing will be held on June 21 at the closing ‘Open Mic’ event at The Douglass Theatre (6:30p – 8:00p).
