These yoga classes by Christina Lucia Murray will focus on breath connected to movement. Not only will these classes be adaptable to any skill level, but they are guaranteed to help you gain flexibility, strength and reduce stress. Join us at the Mill Hill Community Arts Center every Monday night from 6:00-7:00pm starting May 6- July 29. The classes will be donation based. No class will be held on Memorial Day—Monday, May 27 and Monday, July 1.
