This one-hour, medium-pace fitness walk meets on the third Wednesday of each month (March to June and September to December) at 5:30 PM. Meet at the Bike Walk Macon office at 830 High Street. Participants should be able to walk 3 miles non-stop. Wear appropriate fitness gear and bring water.
