May 14, 2015 will kick off our festival celebration in grand style at the Preview Party held in the Old Courthouse in Knoxville Georgia. All historic buildings and Museums will be open, entertainment and pottery show at the new Courthouse in Knoxville to include the Induction to Hall of Fame Father of Pottery in Crawford County, James Long credited in bringing the folk art of pottery to the county building the first sight with kiln facilitating his children to build the business. Functional and decorative pottery were produced in the area from his institution of the are since. Entertainment and heavy hors d'oeuvres will be on the menu. All events with in those times are pottery vendors, Quilt Show, pottery auction, pottery show, demonstrations, children's area, Car and Truck show, festival foods, CCHS BBQ Sandwich Lunches, and so much more filling your day with a family fun day to remember!
