Branding Process
The Macon CVB began the branding process in 2014. We worked with Steve Chandler, marketing and branding strategist, of Chandlerthinks. Extensive research was done to gain a clear idea of what our brand is and how we are perceived by others. We wanted to discover what others thought were the elements that make us special. As part of the research process, Chandlerthinks conducted interviews with community leaders, focus groups, community surveys and awareness perception surveys. Through this extensive research, we discovered that Macon is "Where Soul Lives".
